PASTOR SPENCER ALEXANDER
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, sharing over 32 years of matrimony with his wife, Co-Pastor Sheila M. Alexander. Together, they have been blessed with five children and six grandchildren. A true family man, Pastor Spencer balances his love for ministry with his personal passions which include reading, studying history, enjoying the outdoors through hunting, fishing, and golf, and cheering faithfully for his beloved Philadelphia Eagles.A retired veteran, Pastor Spencer honorably served over 20 years in both the Delaware Army and Air National Guard. His life of service also extended into a distinguished career in law enforcement, where he earned numerous awards, honors, and citations for his dedication and leadership.
In addition to his ministry and service, Pastor Spencer is a gifted professional musician and avid guitar collector. His talents as a guitarist have opened doors to perform with Grammy-nominated and Grammy Award–winning artists, appear on national television programs, and tour extensively across the United States and Canada. His music ministry continues to inspire and uplift, blending excellence in artistry with a heart for worship.
A lifelong learner, Pastor Spencer is passionate about biblical study and church history. His extensive personal library reflects his deep love for God’s Word and the works of the early church and reformation leaders among them, William Tyndale, whose writings remain a personal favorite.
Currently serving as Pastor of Life Point Family Worship Center, Inc., Pastor Spencer leads with wisdom, humility, and vision. He is committed to equipping believers, strengthening families, and building the Kingdom of God. His guiding scripture is found in Psalm 19:14 (NKJV): “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.” This verse embodies his heart for ministry and his desire to live a life pleasing to God.

A woman of faith, family, and service. Married for over 32 years to Mr. Spencer L. Alexander, together they have been blessed with five children and six grandchildren. While she treasures her role as wife, mother, and grandmother, she also embraces life’s simple joys—her favorite color is purple, and she delights in salmon, chocolate, and ice cream. In her spare time, she loves exploring museums, visiting amusement parks, reading, walking in the park, and expressing her creative side by crafting keepsakes and personalized gifts for special occasions.
Beyond her family life, Co-Pastor Alexander is an entrepreneur, poet, and author, using her gifts to inspire and empower others. Her entrepreneurial work is rooted in helping individuals achieve financial independence, reflecting her passion for seeing people thrive both spiritually and practically.
Her heart for ministry and community is evident in her journey of leadership. Over the years, she has served faithfully as a youth leader and teacher, co-facilitator of couples’ ministry, women’s ministry leader, Elder, and now Co-Pastor of Life Point Family Worship Center, Inc. Whether leading from the front or working diligently behind the scenes, she is known for creating spaces of fellowship, growth, and encouragement. Her leadership reflects not only her love for God’s people but also her dedication to building strong families and communities.
One of her guiding scriptures is found in Lamentations 3:22–23 (KJV): “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness.” This truth anchors her life and ministry, reminding her daily of God’s unfailing love and faithfulness.
